La buena noticia es que es relativamente econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El c\u00e1lculo funciona en dos pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primero, un peque\u00f1o <strong>porcentaje del valor catastral se utiliza<\/strong> (normalmente 1.1%o 2% ).
